Music & Relaxation sessions cater to stress management and self-care. Participants are guided through music-assisted self-care practices, including mindfulness, deep breathing techniques, meditation exercises and gentle movement, also learning about the qualities of music that can support wellbeing.

Empowerment sessions engage participants' creativity, problem-solving and self-expression through guided exploration into musical activities and the self in a group setting. Great for team-bonding and cross-cultural interaction, these sessions can center facilitated songwriting, song discussion, drum circles, musical affirmations, and other active music making experiences.

Group Songwriting is great for team-building. Participants are guided through the processes of writing a song from generating ideas, to making musical decisions and creating a collective song.
